Asian market Review 14/12/2007

Asian markets were opened a little bit stronger than previous day's close. Nikkei was opened at 15625, Kospi at 243.10 and Hangseng was at 27753. However, the early market strength did not last till the end of the day. Nikkei rose to its highest at 15730 before plunging down towards 15500ish and in the after market trading, it fell further to 15455 and close the day at 15465.
The Kospi opened at 243.10 and it rose up to 244.70 within minutes. However, I followed my guide and waited for my chance and I got my SELL at 243.85. I waited for a bit and locked in my profit within the hour. The Kospi fell down further to 238 and close the day at 239.95. Kospi ranged from: 238.00-244.70.
Hangseng opened at 27753 and it rose further to 27852. It played around 27400ish and 27600ish and closed the 1st session at 27446. 2nd session, Hangseng was opened at 27479 and as usual following its pattern, it rose to its 2nd session highest at 27767. It went back down and close the day at 27585. Hangseng ranged from: 27213-27852.
Everything pointed and supported the Asian market lower. From the concern regarding central banks decision to add liquidity to the market till the declining metal prices to the high crude oil which made investors throw in the towel and wait on the sidelines this holiday season. Overall, the markets today was pretty good especially for those day traders as the fluctuation in the markets are very clear and obvious.
